Its not just the doctors that make collington a great surgery but also the very helpful and polite reception staff and nurses on duty. Dr Warden is a good doc who has listened and dealt with my long list of ailments and been very supportive. You always get a warm welcome from the very busy but attentive reception team and the same is also true of the nurses within the surgery.

We use this surgery a lot and have found all the doctors and staff are extremely helpful The system they use when you phone and ask to see your doctor is that the receptionist will book a phone conversation for you with your GP and he will call you back within an allotted time and he will then decide weather he needs to see you if he is fully booked he will book you an appointment with another doctor and you usually get to see him that or within 24hrs . Fantastic polite and friendly service from everybody at the Collington surgery
